FeatBit // provider register

Subprocessors and Service Providers

The third parties FeatBit currently uses to operate FeatBit Cloud, administer customer accounts, and run the public website.

Effective date: July 17, 2026

Two different categories

A Cloud Subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data on Customer's behalf under the DPA. Other providers process FeatBit-controlled account, billing, sales, or website information. Listing a provider here does not mean it receives every category of data.

How to read this register

This register supports the Data Processing Addendum. Locations identify the expected primary processing region and are not an exhaustive list of provider support, resilience, or legal-access locations. Provider legal terms may describe additional locations.

  • FeatBit limits provider access to the information reasonably needed for the stated purpose.
  • FeatBit does not sell Customer Personal Data or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • A customer-specific Order may add, remove, or replace a provider for a dedicated deployment.

FeatBit Cloud subprocessors

The following provider hosts or otherwise processes Customer Personal Data used to deliver the core FeatBit Cloud service.

Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure)Cloud compute, networking, managed storage, database, and backup infrastructure for FeatBit Cloud.Customer Data hosted in the Cloud service, including workspace configuration, user keys and attributes, evaluation and experiment records, audit records, and technical logs.United States by default; an Order may specify another supported region.

SCC Annex III contact details

Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052-6399, United States. The contact point is the Microsoft Privacy Response Center. The subject matter, nature, duration, and data categories are the Cloud-hosting purpose and information described above and in Annex I of the DPA.

Account and business-operation providers

These providers support contracting, billing, account communications, and internal service operations. They ordinarily receive account or business-contact information rather than feature-flag Customer Data.

Payment-provider role

Stripe may act as an independent controller for information it must process to provide regulated payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and compliance services. FeatBit does not store complete payment-card numbers. If Customer pays by bank wire transfer instead, the sender, recipient, and any correspondent banks process payer and payee details, account and routing information, amount, currency, invoice reference, and transaction metadata under applicable banking requirements. The relevant bank is identified in the invoice or wire instructions and is not a FeatBit Cloud Subprocessor.

Website and sales providers

The following providers support featbit.co and related web experiences. They are not Cloud subprocessors merely because they serve the public website.

Customer-selected communication channels

If Customer asks FeatBit to use a collaboration channel owned or selected by Customer, that provider processes the content and participant data submitted to the channel under Customer's agreement with the provider. FeatBit's standard internal email and collaboration service is Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and its standard online meeting service is Zoom. Customers should avoid sharing production secrets or unnecessary personal data in support messages or meetings.

Changes, notice, and objections

FeatBit will keep this page current. For a new or replacement Cloud Subprocessor, FeatBit will notify affected account administrators at least 30 days before the provider begins processing Customer Personal Data. Customer may object within 15 days on reasonable data-protection grounds as described in the DPA.

Questions about a provider, its registered address, or the data used for a specific customer deployment may be sent to contact@featbit.co.
