Defined controller and processor duties
For Customer Personal Data in FeatBit Cloud, the DPA defines Customer's role as controller or processor and FeatBit's role as processor or subprocessor. It covers documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, approved subprocessors, data-subject assistance, incident support, return and deletion, and transfer safeguards where applicable.
